Can I purchase products on your website?

No, we only sample products on our website. If you are looking to place an order, please reach out to your local tabletop consultant here.

First, create an account on our website. Once your account is created and approved by the Arc Cardinal team, you can start to order products. Easily search for the item you are looking for and add to cart. After you’ve added all your items, checkout and the order will be placed.

You can see your order status under “My Orders“.

Sample orders typically ship within 48 business hours. Check your “My Orders” section to see updates on your order.

We typically ship via UPS Ground.

No, there is no cost to your sample order.

We currently ship within North America. If you are interested in receiving our products outside of North America, please contact cardinalsales@arc-intl.com.

If an item is out of stock, there will be a message letting you know on the product page. You can opt in for notifications to let you know when the product is available.
These items are not sampleable on the Arc Cardinal website. If you are interested in seeing one of these items, please reach out to your local tabletop consultant here.

No, we do not take returns on sample orders.

You can order one piece per item.
