Can I purchase products on your website?
No, we only sample products on our website. If you are looking to place an order, please reach out to your local tabletop consultant here.
How do I place a sample order?
First, create an account on our website. Once your account is created and approved by the Arc Cardinal team, you can start to order products. Easily search for the item you are looking for and add to cart. After you’ve added all your items, checkout and the order will be placed.
How do I track my sample order?
You can see your order status under “My Orders“.
When will my sample order ship?
Sample orders typically ship within 48 business hours. Check your “My Orders” section to see updates on your order.
How will my sample order be packaged?
We typically ship via UPS Ground.
Is there a cost to my sample order?
No, there is no cost to your sample order.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within North America. If you are interested in receiving our products outside of North America, please contact cardinalsales@arc1825.com.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, there will be a message letting you know on the product page. You can opt in for notifications to let you know when the product is available.
Why can’t I order samples of Thermos, Alfi, Chasseur or Abert?
These items are not sampleable on the Arc Cardinal website. If you are interested in seeing one of these items, please reach out to your local tabletop consultant here.
Can I return a product?
No, we do not take returns on sample orders.

You can order one piece per item.
